RGV College exists on the principle that all individuals, regardless of race, age, previous education or economic background can take advantage of the benefits acquired through Vocational Education. Currently, we are looking to fill the position of Financial Aid Advisor.
Job Summary
- Administer funds by matching needs analysis, verification and loan processing. Assist in the administration of student aid programs
- Assess and evaluate a student to determine eligibility
- Interview students and verify official documentation
- Maintain student files during processing
- Updating student information on school database while enrolling
- Follow all regulations related to federal and state aid programs
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Time management and organizational skills
