About the Role
Develop long-term client relationships by providing holistic financial planning and tailored wealth creation strategies that help individuals, families and businesses achieve lasting financial security.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and risk assessments.
• Develop personalised financial plans aligned to client goals.
• Advise on investments, retirement planning, risk protection, estate planning and wealth preservation.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship development.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Achieve agreed business and production objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Essential
• Minimum 2 years’ client-facing Financial Adviser or Financial Planner experience.
• RE5 qualification.
• COB/CBT completed.
• DOFA completed.
• Proven ability to acquire and retain clients.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and networking skills.
Advantageous
• Relevant financial qualification.
• Existing client base.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
