Key Responsibilities Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Analyse financial performance and present insights to key stakeholders Oversee cash flow management and weekly financial controls Review and approve reconciliations, supplier payments, and compliance requirements Drive process improvements, automation, and efficiency within finance Support audits, statutory submissions, and financial governance Job Experience and Skills Required Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in a finance environment Experience in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis Exposure to managing or mentoring junior team members Experience working within a structured or multi-entity environment Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Advanced Excel and financial systems experience Exposure to ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., BI tools advantageous) Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders Other requirements: High level of integrity and accountability Ability to work independently and take ownership Strong organisational and time management skills Apply now!
