Position: FINANCE RESOURCES x4
Job Description
Our client is looking for four (4) suitably qualified and experienced finance resources. These resources will form part of the finance department and assist with internal financial controls and reporting systems to ensure timely and effective reporting of income, expenditure, and overall operations. The service period is for a minimum of three (3) months and may be extended if necessary.
SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work for the accounting services includes:
Advising and assisting in operating efficient and effective financial procedures and controls.
Bookkeeping and financial reporting: ensuring accurate, up-to-date records of all financial transactions and preparing detailed financial reports, where necessary.
Preparing books up to final accounts.
Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliations.
Monitoring internal controls and recommending measures to address any weaknesses.
Preparing and ensuring readiness of accounts and relevant inputs for the annual financial statements and external audit processes.
Maintaining all financial records in accordance with internal procedures.
Performing any other related tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor of Commerce Degree (or equivalent)
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
