As a Full Stack Developer, you will:
Develop & Optimize – Build and maintain our rules engine and backend services that power our gamification platform.
Own the Codebase – Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
Enhance Performance – Ensure smooth production operations with logging, monitoring, and issue resolution.
Push Boundaries – Research new technologies, challenge the status quo, and implement innovative solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Dev Managers, Product Teams, and stakeholders to bring new features to life.
Champion Quality – Conduct rigorous testing, code reviews, and maintain high coding standards.
Tools & Frameworks:
Apache Airflow, Parquet, Docker, Git, Figma, JIRA
Cloud & APIs:
AWS services (Cognito, SES, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, RDS, Route 53)
Agile & TDD / BDD
You thrive in an Agile environment and understand the importance of Test-Driven Development (TDD) & Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
Strong Architecture Skills
