Position: Finance Manager – Commercial Property Services Company – CBD
Finance Manager – Commercial Property Services Company – CBD, Cape Town
R38 000 – R45 000 Per Month Negotiable depending on Qualification and years of relevant experience
Commercial Property Services company is in search of a competent individual to take over and maintain their centralised accounting function for their operations nationally.
One would describe you as an approachable and engaging self-starter who is highly numerically inclined as well as possesses solid financial and business acumen.
Key Deliverables:
• Process Sales invoicing from Broker files on a daily basis.
• Follow up on outstanding debtors
• Processing of all suppliers invoicing & reconciliations monthly
• Checking and loading of monthly creditors
• Reconcile Bank & petty cash accounts monthly.
• Check commission input sheet and month end payrolls
• Prepare Tax (VAT, PAYE) for payment
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Managing and liaising with company auditors
• Setting cash flow forecasts, budgets and compiling accounts for year
-end audit
• The role will include oversight and management of the finance administrator
• Management and oversight of FIC / FICA functions
Qualification and Experience required:
• Finance related Degree/Diploma or relevant studies
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of taking books to Trial Balance stage/ full financial accounting up to management reporting
• Working knowledge of Sage Pastel Partner and payroll system. Pastel Online & Pastel Accounting software
• Proven proficiency on MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook
• Proven payroll experience
• MDA system experience would be advantageous!
• Work experience gained within the property / related industry would be highly advantageous!
