Responsibilities :
Lead the preparation and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Drive accountability and provide insights to cluster heads, embedding ROI insights into the forecasting process.
Act as a liaison between finance and operations, addressing issues and facilitating communication.
Conduct financial analyses to provide trends and indicators to client executives.
Manage risks related to outstanding debtors and ensure effective people management.
Requirements :
Must-Haves :
CA(SA)
6+ years of accounting experience, including 3 years in management accounting and 3 years in a managerial position
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
Nice-to-Haves :
Proven interpersonal skills and organizational awareness
