Finance Admin Clerk Jobs in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape 6330 at Woodline Shade Solutions

Finance:

· Daily receipts/ Cashbook & bank reconciliation (Current account/ Call accounts/ Garage card/ Foreign Accounts/ Credit card acc)

· Accounts receivables, Accounts payables and Journal Allocations

· Processing supplier invoices

· Match & Reconcile accounts

· Resolve queries

· Prepare payments

· Ensure accuracy on invoices

· Maintain projects & procuring for projects

· Assisting in finance (ad hoc)

· Control petty cash

· Pastel & Sage Evolution systems

· Enter & set foreign rates

· Deal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments

· Load new creditors on the online banking system

· Assist in the preparation for the annual audit as well as handling audit queries

Admin:

· Maintain & order stationery

· Maintain & order groceries

· Maintaining & filing records

· Maintain projects & procuring for projects

· Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and arranging travel.

· Handling general office errands.

Qualifications and experience:

· A tertiary qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping and/or short bookkeeping courses

· Minimum of 3 years experience working in a finance department performing creditors/accounts payable duties

· Previous working experience on Sage Evolution (advantageous)

· Previous working experience on Sage Pastel (advantageous)

· Sound accounting knowledge

· Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise time and work effectively

· Attention to detail, a high level of integrity and deadline driven
