Job Summary:
We are seeking driven and community-focused Field Sales Agents to join our expanding team. This is an opportunity to build your sales career while making a meaningful impact by helping families access affordable funeral cover solutions.
Agents will market funeral plan products directly to SASSA grant recipients through field engagement and in-community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate and assist potential clients with product information
Capture new policy applications accurately using a mobile device
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (minimum 3 approved policies per day)
Maintain a high standard of customer service and compliance
Attend scheduled training, meetings, and performance reviews
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate
South African Smart ID card (No green ID books accepted)
Clear criminal record (No debarment under FSCA)
Must be 22 years or older
Reside in the Western Cape
Must own a functional smartphone with internet access
Passion for sales and people engagement
What You’ll Receive:
Capture Fee: R100 per approved policy
Commission: 3x the first month’s premium per policy (paid monthly)
Training: Full product and compliance training provided
Opportunities for growth into team leader and regional roles
Training Starts:
17 June 2025
Online orientation session to be held prior to training commencement.
