Responsibilities
As a Field Care Supervisor your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing initial customer consultations, care assessments and regular reviews
- Creating and updating person-centred care plans and risk assessments
- Completing care assistant supervisions, spot checks and appraisals
- Providing day-to-day support, guidance and reassurance to care assistants
- Monitoring care quality and completing audits of care plans, medication records and care notes
- Responding promptly to changes in customers’ needs, concerns and safeguarding matters
- Working closely with customers, families, healthcare professionals and the office team to ensure care is delivered safely and effectively
Benefits
- £12.71 per hour during probation, increasing to £13.00 per hour following successful completion of probation
- Equivalent to £26,436.80 per annum during probation, increasing to £27,040 per annum, based on 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Additional payment for participating in the on-call rota

Requirements
- Previous experience working within domiciliary care
- Previous experience in a senior care, supervisory or field-based role
- Experience completing customer assessments, care plans and risk assessments
- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
- A good understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding and quality compliance
- Confidence using electronic care systems, ideally PASS
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
