Job Requirements
Personal interactions (telephonically and/ face-to-face) with clients and potential clients with regards to various Old Mutual products and services relating to financial wellbeing.
Correspond and liaise with clients.
Proactively seek new clients/ business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Matric / Grade 12
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of MS Teams
Client service experience
Valid driver’s license with own reliable Transport
Necessary Skills & Attributes
Target driven ( related to new business).
Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
Strong sales ability / Ability to influence.
Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in both English and Afrikaans.
Attention to detail.
Work well under pressure.
