Job Description
Romeiro’s Landscaping is seeking a full-time Fertilization Technician with a Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License to provide expert lawn care, tree, shrub, and pest control services. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawns following label instructions and safety guidelines
- Operate ride-on and push spreaders/sprayers
- Identify common lawn problems such as weeds, grubs, fungus, and bare spots
- Follow a daily route and complete stops on schedule
- Document applications and leave service notes for customers
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Valid MA driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Prior lawn care or landscaping experience a plus
