Required Licenses: A valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a good driving record is required. A current 3.0 turf and landscape applicators license is required
Required Experience: A minimum of one year’s experience of turf management is required
Job description:
- Application of fertilizer
- Application of pesticides: fungicides, herbicides, and insecticides
- Performing aerations
- Record keeping
- Participate in spring and fall cleanups
- Technicians must demonstrate a high degree of customer service and customer interaction performed in a friendly manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift, turn, bend and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work independently and follow up with customers as needed.
- Strong customer service skills are a necessity.
Hours of Work:
· Spring through fall:30 – 50 hours per week, First shift, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
· Winter hours are reduced with snow removal available at $15/hr premium incentive.
