POSITION INFO:
Our client in the agricultural milling and animal feed industry is seeking a Feed Mill Team Leader to oversee production operations in Bloemfontein! Location: Bloemfontein, Free State Salary: Market Related Working Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Start Date: ASAP Essential Requirements: ” National Senior Certificate or equivalent (NQF 4) – Valid driver”s license and own transport – MS Office proficiency – 1 year supervisory experience (advantageous) – Knowledge of feed mill machinery and equipment (advantageous) Key Responsibilities: – Conduct regular quality control checks on feed production – Inspect ingredient accuracy and final product uniformity – Responsible for manufacturing feed according to established formulas and quality standards – Ensure staff performs duties as per procedure – Troubleshoot and address production issues promptly – Resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime Essential Skills: – Resilience and ability to cope with pressure – Reliability and attention to detail – Strong prioritization abilities – Persistent and thorough approach – Leadership capabilities Ready to lead feed mill production operations and ensure quality standards?
