Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership environment
Proven panel sales experience is essential
Strong leadership, stock control, and supplier management skills
Ability to drive sales, maximize profitability, and manage costs effectively
Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
Valid drivers license
