The Role
Love fashion? Love the thrill of a sale? This is your stage. We’re looking for a dynamic, fashion forward Sales Representative to be a part of our live eCommerce shopping experience. You’ll be showing designer pieces, working a live audience, and turning that energy straight into sales. If you’re the kind of person who is addicted to fashion, can’t help but talk to everyone around you, and feels most alive when you’re racking up sales, this role was made for you.
This is a fast paced, multitasking job where you’ll be talking, styling, and selling products to our customers in real time. Given this is still a new industry, and we don’t expect you to walk in already knowing how to do it, we’ll train you on the format, the tools, and the platform. We are looking for someone with natural people skills, an outgoing personality, and a genuine love for fashion who isn’t afraid to hustle.

What You’ll Do
- Host online interactive shopping sessions. You’ll be presenting and selling beautiful designer items to our online audience during regularly scheduled live streams.
We will train you how to:
- Chat with viewers. Read the live chat, answer questions, and keep the energy up.
- Get people excited about what’s in front of them. Highlight what makes a piece special, create a little buzz around it, and help viewers feel good about grabbing it before it’s gone.
- Handle curveballs and keep a level head. Questions come up, size sells out, and over time you’ll get the hang of navigating it smoothly.
- Build relationships, not just sales. Get to know your regular viewers, remember what they like, and turn one-time shoppers into people who come back to Fashion Happens again and again.
- Become a fashion expert and style with confidence. Present pieces with clarity and a good eye for what looks great and why, helping viewers picture how each piece fits into their life.
- Prep before you go live. Curate and organize apparel racks ahead of time so your show runs smoothly and looks sharp.
- Learn the tech. Get comfortable with our selling platform’s front-end and back-end tools. No experience needed, full training provided.
- Help things run smoothly after the sale. Assist with customer support, order fulfillment and logistics as needed so customers get what they bought, on time.
- Own your numbers. Work toward personal and team sales goals, track your progress, and take pride in seeing your hustle translate directly into real results.
- Grow as a seller. Collaborate and accept feedback from leadership as a tool to get better, learn what’s working across the sales team (and the industry), and keep sharpening your approach show after show.
- Work a flexible, rotating schedule.

- Real sales experience. You’ve sold before, you understand the mechanics of closing, and you’re motivated by hitting and beating targets.

- The ability to speak clearly and confidently, and to strike up a natural, easy conversation with strangers
- Strong multitasking skills. You can talk, style, and keep an eye on what’s happening around you all at the same time without losing track.
- A natural people person. You read a room (or a chat feed) and adjust on the fly
- Availability to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis with the sales team.
- Adaptability with technology and a quick-learning mindset (no prior live-streaming or on-camera experience required).
- Professionalism and poise in fast-moving, high-energy settings.
