POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a factory / manufacturing management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in machining, engineering, or industrial environments (advantageous)
- Solid understanding of production processes and workflow management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations and ensure efficient production
- Manage and lead factory staff, driving performance and discipline
- Ensure all orders are completed on time and to quality standards
- Monitor and improve production processes and workflow
- Oversee procurement, supplier performance, and cost control
- Ensure accurate stock management and material availability
- Maintain equipment and ensure operational continuity
- Enforce health & safety and company procedures
- Report on performance, KPIs, and operational issues
