Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
  • Experience in managing and coordinating vendor and contractor services
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability standards
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
