What you need:
– Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or similar
– Local SA citizens
– 3–5 years’ facilities/maintenance experience within hospitality or property management space
– Strong grasp of preventative maintenance, contractor coordination & compliance
Code 08 driver’s license
– Must be willing to live on-site
– Excellent people skills with a strong service + guest focus
– Confident with Microsoft Office
