REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with experience in industrial fabric distribution or a similar industry being highly beneficial
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with strong conflict resolution abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to change
Team player with a collaborative approach
DUTIES:
Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Sales Support:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s order management system.
Assist in preparing quotes, sales proposals, and product recommendations.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Order Management:
Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Track inventory levels and inform customers of availability.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company sales goals.
Provide insights and feedback to improve processes and customer experiences.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
HOURS:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30 – 16:30
Friday: 8:30 – 15:30
