Detail : The ideal candidate will focus on identifying prospective clients, understanding their refrigeration needs, and developing appropriate solutions in order to boost top-line revenue growth.

Responsibilities :
Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.

Develop strategies for creating and maintaining client relationships.

Perform sales presentations and product demonstrations when required.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Understand the particularities of transport refrigeration systems and provide expert knowledge to clients.

Collaborate with the technical team to address customer requirements appropriately.

Consistently achieve sales quotas and objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Requirements :
Proven work experience as a sales representative in the transport refrigeration sector.

Excellent understanding of marketing and negotiating  knowledge of transport refrigeration systems.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Valid driver’s license.

Ability to travel as required.
