Our client, a premier supplier of Industrial supplies, seeks to employ an experienced and professional External Sales Rep to join this progressive and expanding team, covering the Pretoria region.
Please note that we require a candidate with their own vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and proven experience in business development, particularly in calling on engineering, manufacturing, and related industrial customers.
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
You will have Matric, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in external sales, specifically in the industry, agriculture, or engineering sectors (a tertiary qualification would be highly advantageous).
You will have a proven track record in cold calling, business development, customer service, and service delivery.
You will be proactive in following up on customer orders, providing feedback, and managing any queries from existing and/or new potential customers.
You will have good organizational skills, as well as being adept at maintaining sales administration, ensuring accurate invoicing, and managing debt collection on behalf of Head Office.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans is essential.
You must have a valid driver’s license, your own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.
