Completed a FSCA recognized FAIS relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification or higher qualification.
Completed First Level Regulatory Examination.

Understanding, reading, and anticipating the market and clients’ needs to design and deliverinnovative, customized value-adding solutions to a portfolio of clients.

Maximizing Business Portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
Maintaining expert knowledge on specific products, pricing, application procedures, processing, and timelines in order to drive and achieve relevantsales targets.
Understanding reasons for and complying with governance in terms of legislation and audit requirements.
Retrieving all qualified leads from the internal channel sales pipeline and making contact with existing or new customers to generate a sale. Sourcing new leads through external contacts and other channels to increase the customer base if required.
Contacting prospective clients and selling appropriate banking products in order to achievesales targets.
Delivering the end-to-end client management process through continuous engagement with the client on process milestones, selling the FNB value proposition, facilitating the application process on behalf of the client, preparing the proposal to credit, managing internal dependencies, closing the deal, and managing post-sales queries when relevant.
Analyzing competitor information gathered and ensuring active monitoring of market trends and influences, identifying new business opportunities that impact the industry.
Tracking, controlling, and influencing sales activities with the specific aim to achieve previously determinedsales targetsin line with quality, productivity, and sales requirements.
Managing own development to increase own competencies.
