Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Woodworker with strong joinery experience, particularly in Supawood, to join our production team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, and be able to work independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Precision cutting, shaping, and assembly of Supawood components for POS displays and units
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Using woodworking tools and machinery safely and accurately
Ensuring high-quality finishes, including sanding, edging, and prepping for spray painting
Assisting with installations when required
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in woodworking/joinery
Proven experience working with Supawood (MDF)
Ability to read technical drawings
Experience in using panel saws, routers, jigsaws, and other workshop equipment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure
Team player with a strong work ethic
Own transport to and from Kya Sands preferred
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience.
