Job Overview
Renewal by Andersen is seeking Experienced Window and Door Installers to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for completing residential window and door installations while maintaining our high standards for quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works well independently and as part of a crew, and understands the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Responsibilities
- Report to the office daily to load materials, receive job assignments, and prepare for the day’s work.
- Perform the repair, replacement, and installation of residential windows and doors according to company standards.
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail.
- Apply your installation experience and knowledge of construction techniques to ensure quality workmanship on every project.
- Properly use hand and power tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide Signature Service throughout the installation process.
- Identify and address on-site installation challenges and communicate with management when additional support is needed.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards before project completion.
- Take pride in representing Renewal by Andersen through professional workmanship, appearance, communication, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience installing residential windows and doors.
- Strong knowledge of window and door installation methods and construction techniques.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an installation crew.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Valid Driver’s License.
