SUMMARY:
Experienced Building Foreman (Contract – 5 Months)
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Building Foreman with approximately 10 years of experience in general building works to join our team on a fixed-term project.
Project Location: Vaalwater (Limpopo)
Duration: 5 months
Accommodation: Provided (approximately 40 km from Nylstroom / Modimolle)
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily site operations (Building Construction / Upmarket Lodge)
- Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce health and safety regulations on site
- Read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Report progress to project management
Minimum Requirements:
- ±10 years’ experience in general building/construction
- Proven experience in a foreman or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Valid driver’s license
