Duties:
Ensure operational efficiency, revenue maximization, and strict compliance with dealership policies
Implement and optimize processes for a positive customer service experience
Lead the service team to maintain high morale and productivity
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction for increased retention and referrals
Monitor warranty activity and compliance with policies
Recruit, motivate, and develop service technicians
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training opportunities
Build strong relationships with top customers through visits and proactive communication
Enforce safety regulations and equipment maintenance protocols
Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience as a BMW automotive service manager
Knowledge of automotive technology and repair services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workshop software
Ability to use diagnostic equipment and understand workshop manuals
Valid driver’s license
