Now Hiring: Experienced Bar Manager
Location: Alberton, Johannesburg South
Ideal Start Date: 1 August 2025
Salary: Market-related + performance-based
We’re on the lookout for a driven and experienced Bar Manager to join our vibrant restaurant, home to three busy bars and a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years experience in a bar management role
Proven ability to manage high-volume service environments
Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate and manage a team
Solid knowledge of cost control, stock taking, and ordering procedures
A hands-on, solutions-oriented attitude and excellent problem-solving skills
Someone who thrives under pressure and can keep a cool head
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily bar operations across all three bars
Managing bar staff schedules, training, and performance
Ensuring stock is always accounted for and correctly ordered
Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
Driving sales and hitting performance targets
