Role Description
We are looking for an Exhibition Coordinator to assist with the planning, coordination, organisation, and implementation of our upcoming show, which will take place from 28 June to 6 July 2025 at Durban Exhibition Centre. The role includes coordination and project management of various show activities including special features, marketing, exhibitor coordination and communication, administration and operational elements. This 5 month contract position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills, a passion for home/garden, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Event or exhibition experience is essential.
Role Requirements
Ability to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2 years with a focus on events or exhibitions.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workspace a plus.
Own transport.
This is a Durban based position.
