We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive and strategic support to our Group Chief Executive Officer.

This role operates at the highest level of leadership within the organisation and requires professionalism, discretion, sound judgement, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Role Purpose

To provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, ensuring optimal time management, seamless operational coordination, and professional stakeholder engagement at the highest levels of business and government.

This is not a traditional administrative role – it is a strategic partnership position requiring strong business acumen and sound judgement.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support & Office of the CEO

  • Manage and optimise the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, and strategic priorities
  • Coordinate local and international travel arrangements (including itineraries and board-level engagements)
  • Prepare executive briefing packs, board documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Screen and prioritise communications, ensuring timely responses
  • Act as gatekeeper and trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Governance & Board Coordination

  • Support board and committee meeting logistics
  • Assist with preparation and distribution of board packs
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate information
  • Track key action items and strategic deliverables

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Engage professionally with investors, regulators, board members, and senior executives
  • Build strong working relationships across business units
  • Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism and diplomacy

Operational Excellence

  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure execution of CEO-driven priorities
  • Support internal communications aligned to executive messaging

Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (Business Administration, Finance, or related field)
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Experience within investment management, banking, asset management, private equity, audit, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance and board processes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
