Position: Executive Housekeeper
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
Oversee all housekeeping operations to ensure quality and consistency.
Develop and maintain high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure readiness for guest services.
Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor at all times.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction with housekeeping services.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure consistent quality in cleanliness and maintenance.

Ensure personalized services that cater to individual guest preferences.
Team
Collaboration:

Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge of housekeeping trends and best practices.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Diploma in Hospitality Management or a similar field is advantageous.
