Position: Executive Driver for Legal Company

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage new business opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and facility managers.

Provide technical sales support and consultative selling for humidification solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.

Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.

Collaborate with the service and admin team for project execution.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Attend industry events and exhibitions.

Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and providing coaching for performance improvement.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

Skills & Software Requirements:

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.

Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong business acumen with an ability to identify new market opportunities.

Growth Opportunities in the Role:

Growth will be aligned with company expansion and new future positions.

Potential to grow into Sales Director or Regional Manager role.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with occasional after-hours travel or meetings.

Educational Background: Diploma / Degree in Sales, Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Business Administration, or equivalent.
