Experience required:

8-10 years cooking experience
Food cost calculation
Kitchen management
Maintaining a good back and front of house relationship.
Customer interaction

Skills required:

Excellent communication
Administration – excel, word, email
Conflict management
Valid driver’s license

Advantageous:

Own reliable transport
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
