Live-In Admin & Customer Experience Coordinator – Hospitality & Outdoor Events

Accommodation Provided: One-bedroom cottage with open-plan kitchen/lounge and full bathroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Customer Service: Handle bookings and inquiries via phone and email; manage activity schedules and cash-ups.

Main Host & Event Coordinator: Serve as the primary host during weekends and public holidays; supervise reception, guides, and group activities.

Event & Group Booking Management: Oversee group bookings, including catering coordination, menu planning, and table setup.

Stock Management: Perform weekly stock checks, place orders, and shop for supplies needed for weekend and group events.

Partnership Coordination: Liaise with off-site partners (e.g., hot air balloons, spas) to ensure smooth customer experiences.

Work Schedule:

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (later when hosting events)

Weekends/Public Holidays: Work every 2nd weekend and all public holidays (non-negotiable). Time off given on the following Monday and Tuesday.

Ideal Candidate:

Super friendly, highly organized, detail-oriented

Comfortable working both independently and with teams

Passionate about customer interaction and outdoor hospitality

Proficient in admin, scheduling, and hosting duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R12 000,00 – R16 000,00 per month

Education:

High School (matric) (Preferred)

Experience:

event co ordination: 2 years (Required)

Adminitrative work: 3 years (Required)

Customer Service: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

Post Matric Certificate (Required)
