Technical Stack:
Proficiency in Python, Django, Postgres, with apositive attitudeand great energy.
Demonstrated experience in ETL processes.
Experience with tools such as Clay, Beautiful Soup, Apify, n8n, Metabase, etc. (a plus).
Available to work on-site at our Cape Town office.
Responsibilities:
Ability to systematize and template processes to streamline operations.
Strong capability to identify unstructured issues, gather information, and formalize solutions for efficient management.
Excellent at researching, identifying, and selecting appropriate tools and infrastructure to address business needs.
Interest in the entire process from business logic and architecture (tech + solution) to execution and tool creation for non-technical users.
Thrives in chaotic environments and enjoys creating structure and order.
Comfort working from scratch with an established non-technical team, displaying versatility across technical and non-technical domains.
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical problems.
Ability to define and implement system enhancements for deploying new products and improving processes.
Proficient in coding, testing,debugging, and implementation.
Mission-drivenwith a strong interest incompany culture, showing dedication and enthusiasm.
Excellentcommunicationand feedback skills, capable of working effectively withdiverseteams.
