Position: Job Title:Estimator – Air and Sea
Gauteng, Kempton Park Monthly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable)
ESTIMATOR – AIR & SEA (IMPORTS & EXPORTS)

The main purpose of role:
Reporting to the Estimates Manager the main
purpose
of the role will be ensuring that all pricing exercises or estimates for general cargo are completed at a high level of
professionalism
.
Requirements:
Matric
Minimum of 5 years’ freight forwarding logistics experience doing quotes for both Imports and Exports – Air and Ocean
Ability to work in a high-volume environment
Advanced Incoterms knowledge
BCom Logistics/Supply Chain Management would be beneficial but not a requirement
Working knowledge of Cargo Wise advantageous
Understanding of international freight forwarding
Ability to provide the client with value for money by capitalizing on the space the client is buying
Experience in a multi-cultural, multinational operation
Must understand the freight forwarding process, global requirements, and service providers/industry players
Own vehicle; driver’s license; ability to work overtime
