Job Description:

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top ERP talent.
Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a strong fit for client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Stay updated on the latest ERP technologies and trends.
Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience in ERP recruitment, ideally within the South African market.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
