Our Talent Team is on the hunt for an ER Specialist within the Groceries Division. The role will be based in Randfontein and will report to the ER Executive.
The key purpose of this role is to provide expert support and guidance on all employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant application of labour legislation, company policies and procedures, whilst fostering constructive relationships with stakeholders.
