We’re looking for a dynamicLogistics Coordinator to manage the onsite logistics for Solar PV EPC projects for a big player in the renewable energy industry!
If you have a background in solar energy and construction projects you might be the perfect fit for the role!
You’ll also be in charge of managing and mentoring teams, including training unskilled workers for incoming inspections while preparing daily and weekly progress reports. Plus, you’ll play a key role in making sure that everything from risk assessments to method statements is approved before any deliveries or equipment placements happen on-site.

Education
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management
Experience Requirements
5+ years’ experience in logistics
2+ years working on large-scale utility solar PV projects
A track record of successfully managing subcontractors, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards
A background in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or business management
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, as well as safety and environmental regulations
Responsibilities
Logistics Planning: Manage the layout and flow of materials on-site, ensuring that everything from incoming goods to outgoing transport aligns with the project schedule.
Traffic Coordination: Oversee traffic management, working with local authorities and other project teams to ensure smooth deliveries, especially for sensitive equipment.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all logistics activities adhere to project safety, environmental, and quality standards – nothing is more important than a safe worksite.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other logistics professionals, including project purchasing, supply chain, and subcontractor teams, to keep things running smoothly.
Skills
MS Office, including MS Project, for schedule and report management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
