Project management of environmental assessment and monitoring projects
Prepare all reports that are applicable to Applications for Environmental Authorisations and
Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigation strategies
Producing detailed reports on findings and recommendations
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
BSc Honours in Environmental Management or related field
Master’s degree in Environmental Management in advantageous
Registration with the Environmental Assessment Practitioners Association of South Africa (EAPASA) is mandatory
Registration with the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (SACNASP) is mandatory
At least 3 to 5 years of consulting experience
Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
Knowledge of environmental regulations and legislation
Experience with mining projects will be advantageous
