KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
The successful candidate will be expected to handle the following:
Analyse ESG data and provide critical insights.
Track and review ESG performance against pre-determined baseline and targets at all business levels.
Review C-BRTA ESG Strategy against the relevant areas.
Analyse specific environmental data and develop projects to drive environmental impact improvements.
Embedding a Sustainability culture across C-BRTA operations and industry.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Creative problem-solving.
Effective communication.
Data analysis and reporting.
Ability to build Inter-relationship between the Agency and external stakeholders.
A good understanding of how environmental concerns relate to material business risks and opportunities.
Knowledgeable of the Transport sector.
REQUIREMENTS
Formal Qualifications:
Degree or NQ level 7 qualification in Environmental Management / Environmental Science / Environmental Law or related discipline
Experience:
Three (3) years’ experience as Environment specialist.
Five (5) years’ experience in a business sustainability and ESG environment.
Knowledge of the transport industry will be an added advantage.
