We are looking for an
Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist
to join our EHS Department as we scale up and drive digital and financialinclusionacross our markets.
Leading the charge indeveloping and maintaining high standardsofenvironmental, health, safety, and security practices, you will work tocreate robust systems,drive compliance, andensure the safetyofemployees, contractors, customers, and company assets. You will play a critical role inemergency preparedness,incident management, andfostering a safety-first cultureacross all operational areas.

Expertise
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedEHS and Security Officerwith a proven ability todevelop and implement effective EHS policieswhile ensuring compliance withlocal and international standards. The ideal candidate will possessstrong analytical andrisk assessmentskillsand demonstrate the ability tomanage safety and security incidents effectively.
You should be adept atconducting training programs,overseeing emergency preparedness, andchampioning a safety-first culture. Expertise inincident investigations,policy implementation, andEHS auditsis essential.
Key competencies includeleadership and influencing skills,proactive problem-solving, andstrong organizational andproject managementabilities. Abachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field, along with5+ years of experiencein EHS or security management, is required.
