Berks Group Inc is looking for motivated self-starters to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to kickstart a career in sales.
You’ll gain hands-on experience managing the sales process, building customer relationships, and developing valuable communication and leadership skills through direct, in-person interactions.
Role Overview
In this role, you will represent Berks Group Inc by connecting with customers and introducing them to our services.
This is an active, field-based sales role where you’ll spend much of your day standing, walking, and engaging with customers in person. You should be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and working in a customer-facing environment.
Typical hours in this role are Monday-Friday 1 PM – 8 PM, and Saturday 11 AM – 6 PM.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
Your responsibilities will include:
Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door to generate potential client interest.
Engage with potential customers through direct, in-person interactions.
Build rapport and create positive customer experiences.- Present and explain the benefits of our services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.- Continue developing product knowledge and sales skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary plus commission compensation structure.
- Potential earnings between $42,000 and $120,000 annually based on performance.
