AT&T Customer Sales Associate – Baxter, MN

We are currently hiring motivated and customer-focused individuals for an AT&T Customer Sales Associate position in the Baxter, MN area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity supporting AT&T products and services through face-to-face customer engagement and retail sales.
As an AT&T Customer Sales Associate, you’ll interact directly with customers inside retail locations, helping them learn more about available AT&T wireless products, services, plans, and promotions. You’ll answer questions, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate options, and assist interested customers through the sales and enrollment process.
Previous wireless or sales experience is not required — paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.

What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T products and services inside retail locations
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, plans, services, and current promotions
- Ask questions to understand individual customer needs
- Recommend appropriate products and service options
- Assist customers with product comparisons and purchasing decisions
- Support customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Generate new customer sales and account opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve performance goals
