Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and introduce products to consumers. Generate sales and hit sales targets with the team.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide assistance with product selection
Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
Meet and exceed sales targets
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
Participate in inventory management
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Sales-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent
