We are seeking a leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise systems management infrastructure.
Are You Someone Who Can
Contribute to budgeting processes and monitor utilization according to the operational plan
Present proposals for activities requiring financial resources
Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure quality service delivery
Implement and monitor business processes in compliance with standards and policies
Develop and align end-to-end processes with the customer journey
Research and enable technological improvements and platform opportunities
Review and innovate existing processes to enhance efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements for enterprise systems
Lead the use of appropriate networks, platforms, and applications within enterprise systems management
Design, implement, and oversee the enterprise systems management infrastructure
Translate business strategies into IT projects with measurable objectives
Ensure service level agreements are met across network, platform, application, and security management areas
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Qualification &
Experience:
A Degree at NQF Level 7 or 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Banking and IT experience is preferred.
Essential Skills: Team management, coaching, and development experience are essential.
Tech Stack
Knowledge of Centralised Infrastructure (VMWare, Virtualisation), Cloud (Azure/AWS), Containerisation (Kubernetes, Open Shift), CICD pipelines, and OS technologies (Windows, Linux)
Distributed Infrastructure
Experience with desktop technologies, ATM and self-service device technologies, peripherals, networking, firewall, load balancing, DNS
IT Security
Knowledge of physical security technologies including CCTV and alarms
