What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and readability
- Improve phrasing and flow without altering the original meaning or intent
- Flag inconsistencies, awkward constructions, and unclear language
- Apply consistent editorial judgment across large volumes of content
- Provide structured, actionable feedback using evaluation tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native English fluency with strong written communication skills
- Sharp proofreading and editing instincts — you notice what others overlook
- Detail-oriented and consistent, even when working at scale
- Comfortable evaluating a wide range of topics and writing styles
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, journalism, or communications
- Experience with quality assurance, content review, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
