What You’ll Be Doing
As an Engineering Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build and manage your own specialist recruitment desk, partnering with leading engineering businesses while connecting top engineering professionals with exciting career opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Building long-term partnerships with engineering companies and engineering professionals.
