Job Description
As an Engineering Graduate, you will:
Participate in a structured training program tailored for your professional growth.
Perform all duties outlined in the Department or Area Competency Logbook as part of your Development Programme, as well as additional tasks as directed by Hesto Harnesses.
Undergo performance assessments and reviews to track your progress and development.
Provide technical support for day-to-day operations in our plants.
Assist in administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives within your designated areas.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Education:Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
Qualifications:B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BSc/B. Eng in one of the following fields (Essential):
Mechanical Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Academic Performance:An average pass mark of 60% & and above (Essential)
