We are looking for a strong commercial sales leader to take ownership of our End User Sales function across all verticals.
This role will lead the Account Management team and will be responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, partner performance and disciplined sales execution.
The successful candidate will manage the Account Managers, support strategic customer engagements, and take ownership of the business unit.
Key focus areas include:
- Leading and coaching the TB Sales team
- Driving revenue, gross profit, and margin performance
- Managing pipeline quality and forecast accuracy
- Supporting strategic customer opportunities
- Driving Salesforce discipline
- Improving sales execution and accountability
- Working cross-functionally with Product & Marketing teams
We are looking for someone with strong B2B sales leadership experience, excellent commercial acumen, strong end user/customer management capability, and the ability to lead a team through structure, coaching and accountability.
Experience in IT, technology, hardware, software, services or a related industry will be advantageous.
This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who is hands-on, commercially mature, execution-focused and passionate about building a high-performance sales culture.
